Leading Your Team Using Agile Development with Arsho Toubi

March 19th, 2014

Launching your startup or your e-commerce business may present you with your first experience collaborating one-on-one with technical teams. Learning how to effectively get your ideas and business needs across to developers and programmers can help you to avoid costly surprises stemming from a lack of organization and communication, and a far more sustainable and rewarding alternative to time-consuming micro-management.

IT Project Manager Arsho Toubi has worked extensively in both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies. In this talk based on the Agile framework, she’ll walk you through strategies to maximize the ROI of your development costs, tools to track your progress and goals, and a practical approach to leading a small team to realizing your vision for your online or technology-driven project.
